Analysis and documentation of migratory flow of Bahia de Caraquez, from 19th to 21st century

Abstract

This project tries to show the migratory development of the city of Bahia de Caraquez, from the 19th century to the present. The investigation of this topic seeks to present some key indicators, such as the migratory flow, its demographic changes, and its most important events, through a documentary, which narrates who were the first migrants and the most notable foreign family groups. It also seeks to expose other events, such as the earthquake of 2016 that caused a drastic decrease in the population. The main objective of the project is to present all this information to the public and to people who are interested in the subject, so that it can be accessible both in projections and on social networks, and that, with the use of post-production techniques, manage to show all these migratory facts in a chronological, visual, attractive and friendly way.
