This article explores how immersive narratives, employing technologies such as virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR), can be powerful tools for the reconstruction and transmission of these memories. Three immersive works by researcher and visual artist Pepe Rovano will be analyzed: Memorial Rocas XR, Dignidad 360° and Espectrales, which address different facets of historical and collective memory in the Chilean context, from the perspective of a son of a mass murder of the dictatorship.
