Abstract

At Ñawi, we have always believed that academic journals should contain reflections imbued with critical thinking. This is what we have sought to achieve in this volume, which is divided into three sections. First, there is a miscellaneous section containing four truly interesting articles. The predominant theme in this first section is cinema, which has long been a main focus of our journal. Next, in a second section, a special issue entitled “Artificial Intelligence, Social Networks, and Artivism” is presented, drawing on some of the most outstanding presentations from the fourth edition of the “International Congress of Researchers in Audiovisual Communication and Information Technologies.” We invite the reader to review the table of contents; they will find the titles of the five articles in this special issue quite thought-provoking. Finally, readers can enjoy an excellent piece included in the permanent section “Seduce and Excite,” which is dedicated to the world of design and brand management.
