Abstract

This text was produced within the framework of the Program of Independent Studies of MACBA, Barcelona, and was dedicated to the memory of Professor Oscar Terán (Buenos Aires, 1938-2008). In order to be accepted in the present journal, I had to make a series of formal corrections to adjust it to "The Academy". As this fact implies a conceptual transformation in the writing, I decided to mark these changes in red -as it could not be otherwise- so that your dear and dear reader can know at the same time the original version.
