Puebla, México Abstract Actually, tools based in the Information and Communication Technologies represent an opportunity for the execution. In the case of elderly people, the ease of access and use is priority. This research, of quantitative type of exploratory scope with causal transversal design, address the impact of accessibility and usability attributes in the satisfaction of elderly people in using a website, with the objective to identify improvement areas. Such attributes were evaluated through nine criteria by applying questionnaires; and, for the analysis, was used the statistic method of multiple regression. As a result, one criteria of each attribute impacts significantly the user satisfaction, revealing that both must be attended. Findings are useful to strength the website allowing the organization to give a better service through technology. DOWNLOADS Download data is not yet available.
